2026 Coach
Head Coach: Jillian Counts
We are excited to announce that Jillian Counts will be joining the Gators as our next Swim Coach!
Jillian brings valuable coaching experience from earlier in her career, including running a successful learn-to-swim program, where she focused on skill development, water safety, and building confidence in young swimmers. She previously coached high school swimmers and water polo players as well. She has always had a love for coaching and is excited to get back to this role. She has been a proud part of the Gators community for the past 15 years, giving her a deep understanding of our team culture and values.
In addition to her coaching background, Jillian is deeply involved in youth athletics in our community. She currently serves as the team mom for the Clements High School water polo team and was the team mom for the Clements swimming program for four years.
Jillian’s experience, dedication, and long-standing commitment to the Gators make her a wonderful addition to our team. We are thrilled to welcome her back into a new role and look forward to an exciting season ahead under her leadership!
